Development Team.
The Hive River North development team is comprised of some of the most accomplished architects, interior designers, attorneys, engineers, financial advisors, project managers, public relations professionals, and community trainers in the country. Meet them below.
Ted Pearlman
Founder/Developer
Ted Pearlman conceived the Hive Community as an attempt to marry several established community types together with exceptionally careful architecture and interior design. He is also the innovator of a new corporate business model called Profit Recycling, which combines the hard-nosed, competitive practices of profit-taking companies with the fiscal service-orientation of non-profit organizations. His biggest motivation comes from wanting to see his son Oscar be raised not only by him and his wife, Allison, but also by a village of people who are caring, loving, and passionate about living life to its fullest. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
Dan Rockhill

Dan Rockhill and his partner, David Sain, bring a subtle, authentic, and carefully-considered aesthetic to Hive River North. He and his firm,
